Dell is looking to add multiple Advanced Storage Support Engineers to our team in the following locations:

Round Rock, Texas (relocation available)
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (relocation available)
Eden Prairie, Minnesota (no relocation available)

This position is a point of escalation for complex enterprise solutions. Advisors, as analysts in this role would assist with both troubleshooting issues and the design of technical solutions in a range of dynamic environments. Analysts will also have opportunities to both deploy solutions as well as assist global teams of deployment engineers in the field.


This position puts the Analyst in front of emerging technologies and provides the latest in high level training. The Analyst will also mentor and train others in this industry-leading environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Uses technical ability to resolve highly complex issues for enterprise customers surrounding storage and including technologies such as VMWare, Linux, Microsoft and networking.
Coaches, mentors and provides guidance to internal employees to help them improve their technical skills
Provide technical assistance to help resolve issues relating to a variety of enterprise technologies
Research and reproduce technical issues using enterprise lab resources
Work with vendors’ engineering group to provide solutions to complex issues
Maintain certification and enhance technical abilities
Develop and deliver training related to technical specialties
Prioritize projects, issues and tasks




Five to ten years of direct experience managing or supporting enterprise-level environments
Strong knowledge of storage NAS, SAN or Data Management technologies (prefer Equalogic, EMC or Compellent)
Advanced knowledge in at least one of the following: Linux, networking, VMWare ESX, Microsoft
Administrative experience supporting Linux, networking, VMWare ESX, Microsoft
Applicant must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make technical decisions with little or no management intervention
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and self-managing

Job Description:

World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the global conservation organization, seeks an Office Administrator in its US Arctic Field office in Anchorage, Alaska. WWF’s program includes Arctic oceans protection; sustainable fisheries; and conservation of trans-boundary species and ecosystems in the face of rapid climate change. The Administrator is a central part of an Alaska-based team, yet communicates with WWF colleagues around the circumpolar Arctic, particularly Russia. The Administrator is responsible for assisting the Managing Director; coordinating office operations; and supporting other Alaska field staff as needed. The Administrator works with independent judgment to ensure administrative information is well organized, deadlines are met, and problems or inconsistencies are raised and addressed.

This key position will support the Managing Director in scheduling travel, processing credit card statements, and supporting organizational tasks. Key duties also include preparation of materials and reports, preparing for events, assisting on special projects and tasks, and performing a variety of standard and frequently complex administrative duties and responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and schedules. This person will interact regularly WWF US headquarters personnel in Washington, DC and WWF Russia field staff in Kamchatka, Russia. This position will support important project management functions such as developing and completing agreements, and ensuring that contract payments are on schedule.

Secures the signature of all concerned on the agreement processing form. Keeps track of payment/advance made to the grantee/consultant and updates the same in PTS Contracts module. Provides regular updates of these agreements’ status to Finance Administrator.
6. Maintains files pertaining to all agreements. Updates the PTS issued Contracts module on a real time basis and reconciliation of the same with HQ Accounting System.
7. Travel Facilitation: As needed, coordinates travel, accommodation bookings of WWF staff and guests. Responsible for arranging transportation whenever necessary. Negotiate with the vendors, transport operators, hotels and travel agencies.

Essential functions

Support material handling on the shop floor to verify plannign and any process concerns during null series production trials, launch, and change implementation through the use of, but not limited to, time studies, ergonomic analysis, layout reviews or revisions, business case studies, and manpower planning/verification.
Perform time studies based on MTM process for all material handling processes to be used to determine headcount planning for delivery routes and part receiving.
Align and track delivery method changes within series planning and logistic operations.
Maintain part bill of material with all relevant logistic data in conjuction with new type planning.
Support CI ideas and activities with material handling to ensure achievement of goals.
Work in project groups and/or coordinate projects to implement company world wide standards.
Procure from and/or exchange information with partners/colleagues int he plant, logistics service provider, suppliers, and various departments.
Organize internal and external meetings to clarify definition of problems, identify root cause, implement countermeasures, and report findings.

Job Senior Principal Engineer desscriptions :
• Establish recognition within Baxter as a leader in Sterilization (Moist Heat, Ethylene Oxide, Radiation, Aseptic Processing).
• Support product development efforts through the management and execution of the sterilization related deliverables.
• Contribute to the maintenance of Baxter's leadership position for sterilization within the healthcare industry.
• Plan, execute and functionally direct important engineering assignments, which require independent judgment.
• May lead a large scale program or several small projects with complex features.
• Perform financial planning and assist in the analysis to justify project approval.
• Independently plan, schedule and lead cross-functional team in detailed phases of the engineering work in a project.
• May provide training and support to junior members within discipline. Routinely provide advice and assistance to cross-functional product development teams.

• Must possess knowledge of sterilization (Moist Heat, Ethylene Oxide, Radiation, Aseptic Processing)
• The position requires relevant laboratory skills, writing skills, computer skills plus teamwork/interpersonal skills.
• Must have experience or advanced training and demonstrate proficiency (e.g. project management, total quality management, statistical methods, problem analysis and resolution, materials science, design of experiments, software development)
• Proficient in relevant products or process development processes.
• Successful track record of managing wide-ranging activities within the business unit characterized by strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated success in delivering results on several technical challenges.
• Recognized as a technical expert by peers and other personnel within the business unit.
• Extensive cross-functional team experience, including technical and non-technical work.
• Ability to organize and present technical and project management overviews without assistance.

Provide advice and technical expertise to multiple disciplines to meet business plans.
1 Lead technical program including managing the product development process from concept to commercial launch for new global platform having a significant impact to the health care industry.

3 Understand and integrate information from more than one discipline and apply to complex problems requiring linkages to other functions

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: BS in relevant engineering discipline, MS preferred, 15+ years of experience.
