Job Automotive Dealership Program Manager Description
- Will have a combination of experience in OEM Program Performance Solution Design and Development; and/or Dealership Consulting.
- Responsibilities will include accountability for complete programs from beginning stages to completion.
- Work independently, with local MSXI management teams, and interface with a diversified Global account team as required. They will interface with assigned client contacts.
- Manage all programs, processes and activities according to established scope and budgets.
- Position will be required to nurture, grow and enhance MSXI employees (manage) as part of the MSXI Employee Development approach to accomplish established program deliverables / success.
- Travel up to 75%; East Coast home base preferred, but may travel from anywhere.
Job Requirements
Must have a minimum 10 years Project Management / Development in Automotive, Truck, Transportation Industries, and Automotive Retail Experience.
- Experience in Strategic Business Development, New Initiative Strategy Design, Business Modeling, Content Development, Implementation planning and execution.
- Understanding of Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of OEM and Dealership processes and procedures.
- Must possess excellent communication skills in both verbal and written communications and be highly interpersonal with team-building and participative management skills.
- Must have working knowledge of Budget Adherence and is proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
