The First Baptist Church of Hampton Falls, New Hampshire is looking for a Pastor of Adult Ministries. The Pastor of Adult Ministry must have a passion to study, understand, and apply Biblical and theological truths in the following areas:

1. The teaching of those truths to adults.
2. The development of a culture of evangelism and outreach.
3. Mentoring adults in spiritual disciplines and the development of their own Spiritual gifts.
4. The assimilation of people into the family of faith.
5. The understanding of education philosophy, specifically, teaching to different learning styles.
