Job Title: Associate Pastor of Youth & Worship
Job Description: LEFC is looking to add a full time pastor of youth and worship to our staff.
This person will be responsible to promote, develop, coordinate, oversee and staff the following ministries:
1. Youth: 30-35 hours per week. Develop strategies and programs that facilitate spiritual growth in the youth of LEFC & outreach to area youth.
2. Worship: 10-15 hours per week. Oversee the worship ministry at all LEFC regular and special services.
Information about the Church: La Crescent Evangelical Free church is a small but growing reformed church on the beautiful border of Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Our average attendance each Sunday is around 200, consisting primarily of young families, college students, teens, and empty nesters.
Our mission is that by grace we desire to glorify God by intentionally making mature disciples of Jesus Christ.
Our current staff consists of two full time pastors, and we're looking to add a pastor of youth and worship to minister to our growing youth group and congregation.
Excellent compensation package, dependent upon experience and family dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a proven full time track record of effective youth ministry, and a gifting to lead worship.
