Position: Music Worship Leader, Part Time (10-15 hrs/wk)

Job Description:A unique ministry opportunity exists for a Worship Music Leader with The First Church of Christ, Bradford. We are a God-centered, Christ-saturated, Spirit-empowered 330 year old congregation in the current season of revitalization in the gospel-shaped life! We are seeking a humble, gifted “Christian Hedonist” who can help build a culture of worship to the glory and renown of God, through Jesus Christ ~ our Treasure!Areas of responsibility: 
1. Work with the pastor to create a well planned, Spirit-led worship service.
2. Oversee and coordinate all musical aspects of Sunday Worship.
3. Lead worship on Sunday morning and special services.
4. Cultivate this ministry by recruiting & leading worship rehearsals.
5. Video and graphic design experience is a plus!!!Musical Qualifications:
Preferred: The ability to lead and direct a team and lead vocally with the piano. Skilled in other instruments is a bonus but not a requirement.
