Contractor shall furnish information technology support services to facilitate agency requests for development on projects across multiple agencies. The EGI solution will use and store confidential and private data.

The system will be compliant with numerous Federal privacy regulations including the Affordable Care Act and HITECH as well as State of Wyoming regulations. The contractor resources should have a thorough understanding of building security into a solution as well as adherence to state change management processes.
