Job Description
The County Manager is based in Tunis, Tunisia, and will be responsible for directing the performance and all aspects of the local Inter-Con Company including Security Operations, Business Development, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal functions. The Country Manager reports to Corporate Headquarters in Pasadena California.

Major Duties and Responsibilities include:
Ensuring high quality security services are consistently provided in a timely and cost-effective manner to Inter-Con clients
Reviewing the financial performance of the local business unit to ensure its revenue, profit and cash flow goals are met
Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with our local clients
Evaluating the marketplace for new business opportunities
Developing and executing strategies to grow the business
Managing all Company personnel in country
Ensuring all functional business elements of the business (i.e., security operations, business development, legal, finance, human resources) are properly managed on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications and Requirements:
To qualify, candidates shall:
Minimum 10 years security industry/military experience
Experience in managing operations comprising 300 or more personnel
Successful track record leading a company or business unit with full P&L responsibility
BA/BS degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field;
Bi-lingual fluency English/French
