It is essential our successful candidate
demonstrate a minimum of 10 years' experience
in a Police and/or Military Service, preferably of
Non Commissioned rank or above. This will
include a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory
role. In addition, our candidate must have a
minimum of 6 years' experience in a managerial
role within the Oil & Gas Industry within a
multicultural environment. Experience in crisis
management and business continuity activities is
essential as is experience in the design and
implementation of security systems and
contemporary security risk management
practices. Experience with information based
technology and systems will be highly regarded.
Our candidate must hold a tertiary degree in
security sciences or management.
