Job Title: Senior Pastor
Job Description: Stanchfield Baptist Church, one hour north of Minneapolis, is searching for a Senior Pastor. Our opening is due to our former pastor retiring after 28 years of faithful service.
Our Senior Pastor position is full time and would manage a staff consisting of youth pastor, office administrator, and janitor. Minimal requirement of Bachelor Degree with ordainment. Seminary graduate preferred. Bible based teaching, discipleship encouragement, and growth orientation is expected.

Stanchfield Baptist is a rural church with 150+ membership.
Our church is debt free and holds no mortgage, including our parsonage.
