Emory & Henry College invites applications for the position of Visiting Assistant Professor of Physics to begin August 1, 2013. This is a one-year appointment with the possibility of renewal.   The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong interest in teaching in a liberal arts environment.  Experience in constructivist methodology, an interest in mentoring student researchers, and an expertise in applied physics will be valuable.  Qualified applicants will possess the earned doctorate, although ABDs will be considered.
