Job Summary/Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be able to teach courses throughout the physics curriculum in addition to astronomy and earth science and conduct externally fundable research involving undergraduate physics majors.

Required Qualifications
A Ph.D. in physics with an emphasis in astrophysics or planetary science is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Postdoctoral research experience and the ability to secure external funding are highly desirable.
