Job Description
The subcontractor shall provide instructors for non-personal services in support of I-METT program in Afghanistan. This effort is to support and augment the work of ANA trainers within Afghanistan, with an ultimate objective of providing attainment of ANA Military Intelligence units and personnel capable of
executing the intelligence lifecycle.
This work will be conducted in at established installation within the area of responsibility of U.S. Forces-Afghanistan (USFOR-A).
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Individual trainers shall be trained in and have subject-matter expertise in at least one or more Military Intelligence Disciplines (i.e. Counterintelligence, Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Intelligence Analyst/Watcher Officer, etc.)
• Instructors shall have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of military staff functions, collection management fundamentals, fusion, information security and analysis tools and techniques.
• Instructors must be able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of military communication to include HF and internet protocol.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Applications
• Travel will be required
Minimum Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a minimum of a DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 3 years of Military Intelligence experience OR 4+ years of practical military intelligence experience
• Ability to pass US government Medical and Dental requirements to deploy overseas. Successful complete US Army’s Individual Replacement Deployment Operations (IRDO)
Desired Requirements:
US Army or USMC Military Intelligence Training
Recent Afghanistan operational deployment
Basic Army Instructor Certification (or higher), or equivalent
