Manager Job Description / Responsibility This is a branch level position and will be responsible for opening & maintenance of different forms of Account.

 Monitoring all sorts of financial transactions in the context of existing banking law & practice. Should be experienced in supervising daily activities of Cash, Clearing and Remittance department. Strengthening Internal Controls ensuring compliance of regulatory guidelines and bank’s procedures/policies. Ensuring timely reporting of MIS including but not limited to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory agencies. Ensuring timely resolution of the exceptions pointed out by Internal/External Audit & Central Bank’s Inspection Handling customer service activities with minimal supervision within the framework of banking law & practice.

 Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Commerce) from recognized local or foreign university. &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& Experience: 4 to 5 year(s) in the relevant field of operation at local/ foreign bank.

The applicants should have experience in the area(s) – Cash, Trade, Remittance & Customer Service. Key Competencies: Candidates (Male/ Female) should be smart, dynamic & self-motivated. Adequate practical experience in handling Cash, Remittance, Trade, Customer Service and Clearing functions of a branch. Sufficient knowledge on Anti Money Laundering Act & Circulars. Sufficient knowledge on Circulars issued by Bangladesh Bank in the concerned area and other applicable rules and regulations of the country.


Knowledge & work experience in other related departments (Trade Finance, Credit department) will be treated as additional quality. Ability to communicate in English (spoken/ written) is necessary. Job

Position Title: Relationship Manager - Financial Institutions

Job Description / Responsibility

    Contribute to the overall Financial Institution (FI)/ International Banking strategy and business plans and further initiates, co-ordinates and implements the business plan and monitors progress towards its achievement.
    Credit Risk Assessment by means of financial and other analysis.
    Recommend, support, for FI related transaction / proposals.  
    Interact closely with regional and Head Office FIs and establish strong relationships with local and foreign banks.
    Identify and tap lucrative business transactions within Bangladesh to expand the Bank’s trade activities thus enhance revenue generation at an acceptable risk.
    Ability to achieve set business targets.
    Promote international branches of Habib Bank Limited.

Qualification:
Post graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce)/MBA/BBA from reputed local or foreign universities.

Experience:

    Minimum 3 years experience in FI/ International Division of a reputed local Bank/ foreign bank/ Representative office of foreign correspondent bank is a must.
    The applicants should have experience in the area(s) – FI/ International Banking of a reputed local/ foreign bank/ Representative office of foreign correspondent bank.

Key Competencies:

    Candidates (Male/ Female) should be smart, dynamic and self-motivated.
    Good knowledge of FI/ International Banking/credit/ risk/ relationship management within Banking/ financial sector.
    Excellent knowledge on relevant circulars/ guidelines/ policies of Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.
