Fluor's Sadara Project: Fluor are to provide EPCM services for the design, procurement and construction management for the Utilities, Power & Infrastructure (UPI), Site Development & Logistics (SDL) and Chemicals II Isocyanates Shared Systems (Chem II ISS) facilities of Owner’s world-scale integrated chemical complex located in Jubail Industrial City II, in the Eastern Province
of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Owner / Client: The Owner Company is a joint venture between Dow Chemical Company and Saudi Aramco, officially known as the Sadara Chemical Company. The company will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Jubail Industrial City II, in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This position reports to the Security Supervisor or Security Manager.

Overall Purpose of Job:
• Provides oversight and general assets protection for the company to include vital intellectual property used in business. Other assets include money, accounts receivable, physical property, proprietary information, and claims or rights of action.
• Provides security oversight and protection of employees as required.
• Provide oversight and internal hazards protection to the company from employees, contractors, temporary employees, visitors, and customers.
• Act as Site Access Control Personnel - is responsible for the execution of all the access needs on site.(ID badges, permits & passes).
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Assist as required in protecting the company from catastrophic problems like fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, and other workplace accidents.
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
• Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed.
• Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
• Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
• Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations and to provide personal protection.
• Provides support as required to corporate crisis management program and to business continuity operations.

Basic Job Requirements
• High school or equivalent education
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Reasonably good decision-making skills
