Security Manager (Hotel) - Qatar

As the Security Manager you will be part of our Security Team and you will be reporting directly to the Director of Security.

Job Description
As Security Manager you are responsible for supporting the Director of Security in planning, implementation, and supervision of the hotel’s Security Department and programmes, and supervising in-house and contract staff as required. To monitor day to day security operations of subordinate security force for the physical security and safety of the hotel assets in accordance with hotel policies and local government regulations and to ensure maximum security and safety of guest and talents.


Requirements
At least three years of experience in a similar position and a Bachelor Degree are required.
Prior experiences within the Hospitality Industry and specifically in the Middle East are preferred.
Knowledge of hotel policy and fire safety procedures.
Ability to operate hand held two-way radio and knowledge of ten codes
You must be fluent in the English and Arabic language.
