This position is integral to coordinating and implementing security measures at the Petrolina Brazil and surrounding sites. The business value of this site ($200M in corn pipeline) and regional security implications necessitates a dedicated security specialist on site. This position would be responsible for implementing programs and activities that support the security of our employees and assets. This team member will carry out support functions as directed by the Regional Security Manager-Brazil.

This position would be responsible for implementing programs and activities that support the security of our employees and assets. This team member will carry out support functions as directed by the Regional Security Manager-Brazil.
The successful candidate must have:
· Prior experience in law enforcement, military or corporate security;
· Verbal and written proficiency in English and Portuguese;
· The ability to make independent decisions regarding risk assessments and security issues;
· The ability to work autonomously and with limited supervision;
· Experience in physical asset protection and risk analysis;
· Experience in conducting and managing criminal and civil investigations.
· Experience in conducting interviews;
· Experience in preparing clear and succinct written communications;
· Knowledge and understanding of Executive Protection concepts and principles;
· Basic proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
· The ability to travel within Brazil and internationally;
· The ability to work under pressure in stressful, high profile, sensitive, and life threatening situations.
