History of LEADS Corporation Limited
NCR Corporation, the Computer Company from Ohio, USA, had been operating in Bangladesh
since 1971 for marketing and maintaining Computer Hardware. In 1992 LEADS Corporation
Limited took over NCR Corporation’s Bangladesh operation and was appointed Exclusive
Distributor of NCR for Bangladesh. LEADS bought over NCR's assets and liabilities and also
inherited all their staff and customers. Thus, LEADS became a virtual successor of NCR in
Bangladesh.
NCR Bangladesh had started developing a Branch Banking Application Software called "PcBANK" in the
mid-80s. LEADS, as the successor, have upgraded the Package as an Integrated Banking Application
Software, which is available in Client-Server Environment. This software is currently being used by
15 Commercial Banks in over 400 branches.
LEADS, in its journey of innovation in Information Technologies, has achieved strong footprint in many
industries, such as Capital Market, Merchant Bank, Insurance, Manufacturing and Distribution.

History of LEADS Corporation Limited
NCR Corporation, the Computer Company from Ohio, USA, had been operating in Bangladesh
since 1971 for marketing and maintaining Computer Hardware. In 1992 LEADS Corporation
Limited took over NCR Corporation’s Bangladesh operation and was appointed Exclusive
Distributor of NCR for Bangladesh. LEADS bought over NCR's assets and liabilities and also
inherited all their staff and customers. Thus, LEADS became a virtual successor of NCR in
Bangladesh.
NCR Bangladesh had started developing a Branch Banking Application Software called "PcBANK" in the
