This is an exciting opportunity to join Christian Aid and lead our Security Management with the aim of ensuring that Christian Aid can continue to work in some of the most insecure environments in the world. Christian Aid is recognised for its leadership in NGO security management which we intend to build on in the future.
You will have worked in security management at an international level in several different environments preferably either within the NGO or UN sectors. You will have an excellent understanding of security issues relating to an organisation that works across the world in some of the most challenging security environments. You will be a strategic thinker and have the ambition to develop security management across the NGO sector working alongside others including the ACT Alliance and European Interagency Security Forum (EISF).
