Business Security Risk Executive

Job Summary 
This role provides a comprehensive, sustainable and coordinated service to Risk and Security providing the bedrock upon which all other security functions act from – BCM and Risk, Loss reporting budgets, service provider oversight, EHS, Fleet management and the coordination of work to ensure that the function is diligent in its acts, legally compliant, effective and cost efficient.
The overarching purpose is to provide a co-ordinated and comprehensive risk management and security service, of the highest quality, ensuring that threats to company personnel, assets and business operations/activities within South Africa are properly identified, evaluated and countered in a timely and cost effective manner.

Key Deliverables
Provision of a first class business security management function and the development and maintenance of internal and external relationships to support the process.
Responsible for the maintenance of all records and processes related to Business Continuity Planning and Crisis Management.
Responsible, for the evolving framework, processes and output documents used in the conduct of business continuity management and crisis management.
Compile accurate and timely data for the audit reporting process relating to security and Risk Management, focussing on criminal loss and natural disaster data.
Lead desk for compliance and governance issues. Represent Risk & Security within cross functional project teams as required.
Prepare reports for Region, SAALT and others.
Lead for the development of Risk and Security budgets; oversee spend and prepare routine budget reports as required by the business.
Optimise efficiency of provided systems to ensure that all official transportation security needs are adequately meet.
Management of functional contracts with external service providers.

Provide all business support functions to Risk and Security, namely:
o Security Fleet management
o HQ Transport Section
o Budget Manager
o EHS focal point
o Firearms registers etc
Essential requirements
Matric certificate.
Risk Management/Loss Control Degree
Finance Skillset would be advantageous.
5 years experience in a Risk Management Role.
