Location: Accra Ghana
Primary Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Hotel Security Manager in Accra primarily responsible for but not limited to;
Ensure that all security personnel as well as hotel's staff are adhering to hotel regulations and security procedures
Conduct meetings with security personnel and regular inspection of security staff.
Identify departmental training needs and schedule appropriate training in consultation with Head of Security
Prepare security plan for special events held in the hotel (seminars, conferences, weddings etc.)
Be able to prepare clear and concise reports of all incidents for management
Ensure that all officers are updated with current cases in the hotel
Maintain a high level of security and confidentiality by not divulging any information relating to customers or the affairs, finances or matters pertaining to the company
Ability to work for long hours without supervision
Requirements:
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years progressive experience in the security services or military
2 years experience managing guards and supervisors
Familiar with working with different nationalities
Experience in liaising with the Police/ Military and state security
HND or similar
Own Driving license.
Availability to start in Feb
