Personal Security Specialist / Emergency Medical Technician

Employer: Hostile Control Tactics

Duty Location: Afghanistan



Job Description:

All candidates must be willing and able to

deploy overseas for a minimum six month to

one year period. You will be required to work in

a high-threat environment and must pass a

pre-deployment medical screening and Physical

Fitness Assessment as a condition for

employment.



Security Clearance Required: Secret





Job Description:

Perform the day-to-day protective security

functions as specified in daily post and detail

orders .

Driving the lead vehicle (auto, aircraft,

boat), principal's vehicle, or follow-vehicle,

whenever required in motorcade or similar

operations.

Driving follow-vehicle and/or acting as

response agent. Carries and operates

weapons as specified in daily post and detail

orders, or upon orders from the detail leader

or shift leader.

Maintaining protective formation position

during principal's walking movements.

Participating in advance security

preparations.

Manning the security post at principal's

residence or manning the Command Post,

as required.

Serve as a member of an Emergency

Response Team / Quick Reaction Force

(ERT / QRF) when assigned.



Leave Rotation: 105 days one /35 days off





Qualifications:

Same as Protective Security Specialist

Must be a U.S. Citizen (no exceptions)

Honorable discharge for prior military.

Currently have or are able to obtain and

maintain a Secret clearance.

Level 3 English proficiency

3 Years of relevant experience.

Three (3) years experience can be gained in

the employ of any national, State/Provincial,

Local or commercial entities providing high

threat protective services.

One of the three years must be protective

security assignments.

Have experience/knowledge in current TCCC

guidelines.

The EMT-I shall successfully complete the

PSS training requirements CONUS and shall

receive extensive ON JOB TRAINING (OJT).

Successful completion of State or National

Registry EMT-Intermediate/85

Written and practical examinations.

Submission of current approved CPR

credentials for the professional rescuer.

Registration must be valid for the period of

deployment.
