Senior Intelligence Special Adviser. (Deployed)

Qualifications:

• TS/SCI required

• Master's Degree required, with

post-graduate work on

Afghanistan/Pakistan/South Asia

preferred.

• Requires Military Educational

Level Four (MEL 4), Command and

General Staff College Graduate, or

service equivalent, or assignment

as a South Asia FAO (Foreign Area

Officer) or equivalent, or as a AF-

PAK Hand or South Asia military

attaché.

• A minimum of 15 years

experience in Military Intelligence,

Strategic Intelligence, Area

Intelligence, Special Operations or

Military Diplomacy required.

• Language skills minimum 1/1

Dari, Pashto, Hazara, Persian or

Urdu required. 2/2 Dari, Pashto,

Hazara, Persian or Urdu highly

desired.

• Requires superior

communications skills and

experience working daily with

General Officers or equivalents on

operational or administrative

elements.



Additional Information:

This position requires a submission

of an unclassified analytical writing

sample on Afghanistan, Pakistan,

Iran, Al Qaida, the Taliban, the

Haqqani network or the HIG; and

the GIRoA relations with the West

(250 words minimum), with their

resume.
