Job Type : Fulltime position (Permanent)
Must have skills:
- Java 1.5+,
- Spring Framework,
- J2EE - JSP, Servlets, JSTL, Tag Libraries, etc.
- Java and J2EE Design Patterns
- Database Concepts and SQL (preferably on Oracle DB),
- Web Application Frameworks – Spring MVC or Struts,
- ORM Tools –Hibernate or iBatis
- Web Services
- JUnit
- Java/J2EE based web and application development& support
- Hands on Experience with SQL Development
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong problem solving skills: able to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal assistance
- Works with the client independently to understand requirements.
- Design & Develop Code/Modules based on requirements.
- Create documentation of projects worked on for maintenance and future training purposes.
- Lead the development team of 3-4 developers
Nice to have skills:
- 6-8 years experience required. Skills and Competencies.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
