YouthBuild Long Island is a free program that serves low income young adults ages 18-24. YouthBuild program components include Housing, Education, Job Readiness/Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Training, Career Development, Leadership Development, Counseling and Graduate Services. Their goal at VetsBuild Long Island is simple...Help post 9/11 veterans find jobs in the emerging Gree Industry. VetsBuild graduates are provided information about advanced training options available through other institutional providers to those seeking to develop a career in weatherization.
