Fixed Site Guard

Position Summary
We are hiring armed guards for assigned installation sentry posts.
Position Responsibilities
•Serve as an armed guard conducting Entry Control Point (ECP), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
monitoring, and roving security operations;
•Responsible for internal security shift.

Essential Skills and Experience
•Must be able and willing to deploy for period of one (1) year in length;
•Minimum of one (1) year experience in an armed position as security, law enforcement, corrections, or operational role in the Armed Forces;
•Must have previous experience and qualifications with a military and/or law enforcement issued weapon, or equivalent;
•Shall have well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Requirements
•Currently possess a valid U.S. tourist passport;
•U.S. citizen;
•Be at least 21 years of age;
•Possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance;
•Currently possess a valid U.S. driver’s license;
•Honorable discharge from the military, if applicable;
•Have no felony or domestic violence conviction; record of recent recurring misdemeanors may adversely impact candidate’s suitability rating;
•Employment with Triple Canopy is contingent upon a favorable background check;
•Pass a pre-deployment physical examination;
•Able to pass physical fitness and agility standards.
Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentAble to perform internal security guard services at any potential internal security posting for 12 hours while donning all required personal protective gear.
