Manager Job Description / Responsibility This is a branch level position and will be responsible for opening & maintenance of different forms of Account.

 Monitoring all sorts of financial transactions in the context of existing banking law & practice. Should be experienced in supervising daily activities of Cash, Clearing and Remittance department. Strengthening Internal Controls ensuring compliance of regulatory guidelines and bank’s procedures/policies. Ensuring timely reporting of MIS including but not limited to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory agencies. Ensuring timely resolution of the exceptions pointed out by Internal/External Audit & Central Bank’s Inspection Handling customer service activities with minimal supervision within the framework of banking law & practice.

 Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Commerce) from recognized local or foreign university. &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& Experience: 4 to 5 year(s) in the relevant field of operation at local/ foreign bank.

The applicants should have experience in the area(s) – Cash, Trade, Remittance & Customer Service. Key Competencies: Candidates (Male/ Female) should be smart, dynamic & self-motivated. Adequate practical experience in handling Cash, Remittance, Trade, Customer Service and Clearing functions of a branch. Sufficient knowledge on Anti Money Laundering Act & Circulars. Sufficient knowledge on Circulars issued by Bangladesh Bank in the concerned area and other applicable rules and regulations of the country.


Knowledge & work experience in other related departments (Trade Finance, Credit department) will be treated as additional quality. Ability to communicate in English (spoken/ written) is necessary. Job

Overall Position Purpose: Production Planning prepares business related analyses and research for Supply Chain, Materials Management, and/or Logistics.
Key Responsability
  1. Responsible for reporting all traffic & factory accident record
  2. Educate team members regarding Honda way of work
  3. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting production information to increase productivity and efficiency.
  4. Assist with the planning of shipping from the production location.
  5. Prepare production schedules and coordinate production activities to ensure production and quality of products meet
    specifications. May develop the master schedule for production.
  6. Analyze and plan material requirements by determining the quantity and date materials are needed to ensure optimal
    inventory levels.
  7. Plan sequence of production operations relating to specific portion of the product for guidance of production workers.
  8. Determine the need for tooling and make recommendations for the design and planning of required tools.
  9. Prepare shop work orders for materials and product processing and coordinate with schedulers to ensure that items are
    being processed according to specifiications and time requirements.
  10. Make comparative cost analyses in order to determine the most effective and efficient options for scheduling, inventory,
    production, distribution, and transportation.
  11. Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
  12. Conduct distribution and network studies, monitor inventory and analyze requirements in order to develop strategies to
    achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.
  13. Maintain appropriate records and prepare reports.
  14. Coordinate supply chain, material management, and logistics activities with internal/external customers.
  15. Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in production, sales, distribution, general business conditions and other related
    areas.
  16. Interface with production, customer, vendor, and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.
  17. Implement lean concepts and continuous improvements regarding supply chain, material management, and logistics
    systems and processes.
Knowledge & Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree in related fiield preferred.
  2. 4-6 years Production Planning or related experience.
  3. Japanese Language read, write & speak will an advantage
  4. Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and detail-oriented.
  5. Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
  6. Ability to work well with all levels of management and employees.
  7. Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and function specifiic software.
