Educational Requirements
MBM/ MBA/ Masters in Finance/ Banking/ Economics/ Accounting/ Management/ Marketing/ English/ Law from any Public Universities or from NSU, EWU, IUB, AIUB, BRAC, PUBAT, IIUC, BIBM.
BBA (04 years) in Finance/ Banking/ Economics/ Accounting/ Management/ Marketing from any Public Universities or from NSU, EWU, IUB, AIUB, BRAC, IUBAT, IIUC.
1st Class/ GPA/ CGPA. 3.00 out of 4.00 for both degrees and two 1st Divisions (GPA: 3.00 out of 5.00 in S.S.C./ H.S.C./ equivalent, Class/ GPA as per certificate). Without fulfilling these criteria system will not accept the application.

Age below or equal to 30 year(s)
Age not over 30 years as on 15.09.2013.
Candidates must be Computer literate with operational knowledge of WINDOWS, MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point.

Consolidated monthly salary during probation period will be Tk. 30,000/-

A Pay Order/ Bank Draft (non refundable) of Tk, 300/- (Taka three hundred) only favoring NCC Bank Ltd. along with two passport size photograph mentioning Name & Applicant ID Number on the overleaf and photocopy of all Academic Certificates and Mark Sheet/ Transcript duly attested should be sent to the Deputy Managing Director, Human Resources Division, NCC Bank Limited, Head Office, 7-8, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka-1000.
Also scanned passport size photograph should be posted at the designated spot of the web application format accordingly.
The candidates should enclose the resume generated from website after submission of the application mentioning the Pay Order/ Bank Draft Number with Date and Bank's Name in space indicated in the Form by September 22, 2013.
Selection Procedure:
The selection process will be on merit basis.
Candidates will have to sit for written test.
Successful candidates will be called for viva-voce.
A final list of candidates will be prepared on the basis of combined result of written test and viva voce.
Selected candidates will be on probation for 01 year and after satisfactory completion of probation period, successful Management Trainee Officer will be confirmed as Officer Gr-l with allied benefits attached to the grade.
