Manager Job Description / Responsibility This is a branch level position and will be responsible for opening & maintenance of different forms of Account.

 Monitoring all sorts of financial transactions in the context of existing banking law & practice. Should be experienced in supervising daily activities of Cash, Clearing and Remittance department. Strengthening Internal Controls ensuring compliance of regulatory guidelines and bank’s procedures/policies. Ensuring timely reporting of MIS including but not limited to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory agencies. Ensuring timely resolution of the exceptions pointed out by Internal/External Audit & Central Bank’s Inspection Handling customer service activities with minimal supervision within the framework of banking law & practice.

 Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Commerce) from recognized local or foreign university. &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& Experience: 4 to 5 year(s) in the relevant field of operation at local/ foreign bank.

The applicants should have experience in the area(s) – Cash, Trade, Remittance & Customer Service. Key Competencies: Candidates (Male/ Female) should be smart, dynamic & self-motivated. Adequate practical experience in handling Cash, Remittance, Trade, Customer Service and Clearing functions of a branch. Sufficient knowledge on Anti Money Laundering Act & Circulars. Sufficient knowledge on Circulars issued by Bangladesh Bank in the concerned area and other applicable rules and regulations of the country.


Knowledge & work experience in other related departments (Trade Finance, Credit department) will be treated as additional quality. Ability to communicate in English (spoken/ written) is necessary. Job

Overall Position Purpose: Production Planning prepares business related analyses and research for Supply Chain, Materials Management, and/or Logistics.
Key Responsability
  1. Responsible for reporting all traffic & factory accident record
  2. Educate team members regarding Honda way of work
  3. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting production information to increase productivity and efficiency.
  4. Assist with the planning of shipping from the production location.
  5. Prepare production schedules and coordinate production activities to ensure production and quality of products meet
    specifications. May develop the master schedule for production.
  6. Analyze and plan material requirements by determining the quantity and date materials are needed to ensure optimal
    inventory levels.

  9. Prepare shop work orders for materials and product processing and coordinate with schedulers to ensure that items are

  11. Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
  12. Conduct distribution and network studies, monitor inventory and analyze requirements in order to develop strategies to
    achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.
  13. Maintain appropriate records and prepare reports.
  14. Coordinate supply chain, material management, and logistics activities with internal/external customers.
  15. Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in production, sales, distribution, general business conditions and other related
    areas.
  16. Interface with production, customer, vendor, and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.
  17. Implement lean concepts and continuous improvements regarding supply chain, material management, and logistics
    systems and processes.
Knowledge & Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree in related fiield preferred.
  2. 4-6 years Production Planning or related experience.
  3. Japanese Language read, write & speak will an advantage
  4. Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and detail-oriented.
  5. Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
  6. Ability to work well with all levels of management and employees.
  7. Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and function specifiic software.

8.     Cell phone : select first three common cell phone operators number from drop down and others eight digit type in text box.
9.     Email : Email is very importent for all type future communications.so becarefull about it and please type a valid and active email address here.
10.     Gender : Select your gender .
11     Date of Birth: First click your mouse to date of birth text box and find a calender. in this calender first select your birth year , and than select birth month and click to date.
12     Age as on 31.05.2013: Age can not be write , its calculate by computer.
13     National ID : National id is not mendatory, if you have national id than write it. national id can not be greater than 20 characters and less than 13 characters.
14     Academic Qualification fill up :
      i. First selct a exam or degree title , then passing year, university or board .
      ii. If you passed in division system then dont needs marks.
      iii. if you passed cgpa than you have to must write cgpa in text box and also select your cgpa scale.
      iv. select major/subject from drop down menu.
      v. if you pass your graduation in 3 yrs pass course then you must fill up 4 row. but if you pass in honurs course than only need 3 rows to fill up.
      vi. If you press Back button in your browser, you might see that list of Major Subject in Academic section is missing. You need to select your Degree Name Once again to get the list back.
     
15..     Freedom Fighter Quota: You must select fredom fighter yes or no.If you are freedom fighter than chose yes and you have also specify child or grand child.
16.     Trivial Quota: You must select tribal quata if you yes or no.
17.     Disable: You must select disable or no. if you disable then you must write specify it.
18.     Money Receipt No: Money order numer, money order date, branch name must need to fill up your applications.
19.     You must agree willing to work for minimum 10 years under respective divisional office.
20.     You must agree willing to work in cash section for at least 3 years.
21.     You must agree willing to work in rural branches for at least 3 years after appointment.
22.     I hereby declare that the information mentioned above is correct must declared.
23.     Password/Re-enter Password: Must give a password to secure data for future use.

IV. ড্রপ ডাউন মেনুর থেকে প্রধান / বিষয় নির্বাচন করুন. ।
V. আপনি যদি 3 yrs বা ৩ বছর মেয়াদী বা ২ বছর মেয়াদী স্নাতক পাস কোর্স সম্পন্ন করে থাকেন, তাহলে আপনাকে ৪ সারি ভরাট করতে হবে।
V. আপনি যদি ৪ বছর মেয়াদী সম্মান কোর্স সম্পন্ন করে থাকেন তাহলে ৪ সারি পুরন বাধ্যতামুলক হবে না ।
Vi যদি কোন কারন বশত আপনি আগের পাতায় ফেরত আসেন এবং দেখতে পান যে আপনার শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার নির্বাচিত বিষয় সমুহ দেখাচ্ছে না , তাহলে , প্রথম থেকে ডিগ্রী নাম , নির্বাচন করুন, এ ক্ষেত্রে প্রথমে মাউস দ্বারা সিলেক্ট লেখায় কয়েক বার ক্লিক করুন এবং আপনার কাঙ্খিত ডিগ্রী নাম নির্বাচন করুন, এবং সাবজেক্ট লিসট থেকে সাবজেক্ট নির্বাচন করুন, এক্ষেত্রে আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড ও কনফার্ম পাসওয়ার্ড , আবার দিতে হবে। যদি তারপরেও আপনার সমস্যা সমাধান না হয় তাহলে পেইজ টি পুনরায় খুলুন এবং প্রথম থেকে চেষটা করুন।
