Law Enforcement Advisor - Kyrgyzstan

Responsibilites and Duties:
ICITAP is a law enforcement development organization whose mission is to work with foreign governments to develop effective, professional, and transparent law enforcement capacity that protects human rights, combats corruption, and reduces the threat of transnational crime and terrorism, in support of U.S. foreign policy and national security objectives.

ICITAP requires a Law Enforcement Advisor to focus on capacity building, organizational development, and institutional reform.

Minimum Qualifications:
Masters degree and 15 years of experience.

At least 5 years of management experience.
Experience as a teacher, trainer or advisor on criminal justice agency development programs.
Experience advising executives at state or federal levels on law enforcement and policies.
Trainer, mentor experience in anti corruption cases, as well as internal affairs.

Prefered Qualifications:
International law enforcement experience.
