Job Summary
The Security Manager is expected to provide overall security and safety expertise, standards practices, response and support of security and safety across FH South Sudan with the support of the Country Director the Security Manager is responsible to ensure appropriate development and adherent of organizational and operational priorities for Security and Safety in FH South Sudan. The goal is to create and maintain industry standard excellence in security practices, crisis management, safety and prevention of critical incidents and risk management for this field. The Security Manager will help facilitate standards, resources and training that are in the best interest of FH South Sudan leadership and individual staff members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned and percentages are approximate.
Key Result #1 - Support the implementation of organizational security strategies and processes and provide Security related operational support to the field (FH MOSS)
Key Result #2 – Influence and Leadership. Advise, monitor, and coordinate with leadership, all departments and the field on security related issues
Key Result #3 – Advise, monitor, manage and coordinate internally and externally with all departments and the field on security related issues
