Security Manager - Malaysia

Employer: Hotel Sri Petaling

Location: Malaysia(Federal Territory/Kuala Lumpur)

Job Description
Responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day operations of the department. Responsible for developing and implementing the department’s strategies and plans as well as managing the department’s performance.

Overall control of the department’s and service levels with the objective of making continuous improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Upgrade the Security Personnel, capability, efficiency and integrity to company.
Practice and streamline DOSH/OSHA and Fire Fighting Team.

Requirements:
Education: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Skill: Strong Leadership qualities and people management, Good organizational skills, customer service oriented and able to multi-task.
Experience: Minimum 5 years related working experience in managerial position. Ex-Army or Police or related.
Others: Ability to speak other languages, computer literate, Certification / knowledge in other related field will be advantageous. Able to communicate with all levels. Ability to plan, schedule, monitor and control marketing workforce. Good inter-personal skill with positive aptitude
