Job Description
Responsible for security operation programs to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers and others
Responsible for the preparation and implementation of a security management system, policies and procedures
Ensure all work practices comply with company standard operating procedures and ensure efficient operations of security systems and equipment’s
Constantly review of existing system and provide recommendation for continual improvement
Conduct security incidents investigation, close follow up on corrective actions and recommendation of preventive action
Manage and supervise security term contractor and security personnel deploy at building
Give direction and control all activities relating to the building security ensure services meets buildings security and customer satisfaction objectives
Responsible to create and coordinate trainings or anything related to security officers development programs
Prepare Fire Emergency plan and Emergency procedures for the building and conduct dire drills for occupant annual according to fire Act
Ensure all Security policies and procedures of the building are strictly adhere to at all times
Briefs Security staff on function, VIP arrivals and other events, which will necessitate additional or special preparations
Conduct monthly Security Joint Committee meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the security agency appointed, set new directions and policies and procedures accordingly to comply with authority guideline or requirement
Conducts frequent checks to ensure the procedures, standard of security officers and customer service officers grooming and manning levels are in order and take appropriate action where necessary
Job Requirement
Degree/Diploma with 5 years of supervisory experience in uniform establishment or security related industry
Preferably ex-Police/armed forces personnel
Good knowledge of the methodology and concept of security
Good contact/network with local police department or other authorities
Mature personality with strong leadership qualities to lead the team
