A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic leader to further develop and execute the strategy and direction for the Surveillance team at Crown Melbourne. This position will oversee the successful execution of all Surveillance initiatives including development and delivery of Surveillance operations and relevant risk management practices.
Reporting to General Manager Security & Surveillance you will provide appropriate advice, support and resourcing for effective Surveillance initiatives to meet operational business unit requirements. You will also drive and develop an internal culture to deliver optimised performance.
Essential to your success will be your senior experience in managing surveillance operations within your organisation. Your ability to investigate and source new technology and analytical tools for increased effectiveness along with demonstrated experience in exploring areas of risk through timely reviews will be critical to your success.
This role will ideally suit someone currently leading a casino Surveillance business unit or someone with proven casino/surveillance skills and ready to take their next career step.
