Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Operator(Tier II)

Location: OCONUS



All candidates should be willing and

able to work in a high-threat

environment under austere conditions

and pass pre-deployment medical

screening to include a Physical

Training test. A battery of aptitude

tests and system Currency or training

will be conducted.

UAS Operator Field Representative (FSR)

requires 2 to 5 years of experience and an

educational level of Professional or Military

Certification. Personnel will be expected to

deploy on various contracts and meet

mission requirements as required by the

onsite customer.



Duty Location: OCONUS



Pay: The pay for this position is

competitive and includes pay increases

based on longevity. Incentives are also

available for voluntary extensions and

supervisory positions.

Rotations/ Work Schedule: 120-180

boots on ground / 7 days a week





Required Qualifications:

Prior Operator experience in the Scan Eagle

System within the last 22 months

Insitu SCAN EAGLE UAS Operators

Certificate

Secret DoD Security Clearance

Ability to work independently and in a

small team environment.

Willingness to travel no less than 6 months

out of every year (CONUS and OCONUS).

High school Diploma or equivalent

Currently possess a Class II FAA Flight

physical

Ability to pass Company Background and

Drug Screening

Ability to pass pre-deployment medical and

dental screenings (CRC/NDC)

Strong Computer literacy

Ability to pass FAA Ground School.





Preferred Qualifications:

Prior Military Service including operational

deployment supporting the Global War on

Terrorism (GWOT).

Imagery Analyst Intelligence school

Previous OCONUS deployment experience

with a UAS

TS/SCI eligible

Private Pilot or better (Commercial/

Instrument/CFI/CFII)





Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform preflight checklists and participate

in mission briefings.

Review Airspace requirements and operate

systems safely and within requirements of

applicable flight regulations as required by

the OEM, Military, Unit and specific location

requirements.

Operates UAS and monitors UAS "health"

systems. Responds to emergency

procedures as required.

Operates various sensor systems as

required by the mission.

Participates in post mission debriefing. Fills

out appropriate forms and prepares for

following days operations.

Utilizes checklist and appropriate

operations manuals to operate the UAV

safely

Assists with various maintenance actions as

required by the Site Manager

Additional duties may be assigned





Physical Demands:

Work in Austere Environments

Willing to Work Seven Days a Week

Possible Twelve Hour Days

Pass Physical Readiness Test

Ability to lift 70lbs
