TT at King's College, PA

King's College seeks an Assistant Professor of Physics. This tenure track position begins fall 2014 and will be responsible for teaching introductory and advanced physics courses and will occasionally teach general education courses as a part of the College's core curriculum. Interested candidates should be committed to teaching at an institution where the liberal arts are emphasized, be prepared to develop a research program suitable for the inclusion of undergraduate science majors, and be committed to growing our new physics major and 3+2 Engineering program. A Ph.D. in a related discipline is required by fall 2014; prior postdoctoral or college teaching experience is beneficial. The successful candidate will also support the Holy Cross Mission and Catholic identity of the College.
