Security Site Manager , Sydney Australia

The Role:

We are looking for a security professional

to lead an established team of 40 staff.

The ideal candidate is someone who will

lead and develop the capability of the

team in this challenging and rewarding

environment. Your accurate report writing

skills, strong written and verbal

communication skills and computer

literacy skills will also stand you in good

stead for this position.

Your Main Responsibilities will

include:

Report directly to the SNP Account

Manager with lateral reports to on-site

client management group

Manage the day-to-day operational

security activities

Lead a team of professional security

officers to deliver a high quality,

seamless security service

Ensure the premises are adequately

manned, security expectations and

requirements are delivered in

accordance with defined SOP's

Regular reporting and presenting details

of on-site security activities and

incidents

To be successful in this position you

will need:

1AC NSW Security Licence and current

First Aid

Demonstrated ability to manage rosters

and surge support

Possess qualifications in Risk

Management or Training

Demonstrated ability to manage

stakeholder relationships

Experience in managing the safety and

wellbeing of staff across multiple

locations

Ability to prepare reports and analyse

security incident trends

Working knowledge of CCTV and access

control systems
