Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day

security operations of the various sites, liaising

with the Assistant Operations Manager. The

Security Operations Manager will manage security

of the Ministry Hospital, Health Centres and the

Bahrain World Trade Centre.

Salary: £1666 to -£2166 PCM (£19.992 to

£25992) Tax Free

Location:Bahrain

Position: Permanent

Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day

security operations of the various sites, liaising

with the Assistant Operations Manager. The

Security Operations Manager will manage security

of the Ministry Hospital, Health Centres and the

Bahrain World Trade Centre.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

*To support the Asst. Operations/ Contracts /

Assignment Manager with recruitment and

interviewing.

*To provide minutes and action logs of all staff

and client meetings

*Operation/ Assignment Manager and personnel

to achieve agreed customer service levels. The

operational requirements will be identified

through the use of KPI's by operations as well as

the identified needs by the contract & services

manager in discussion with the clients.

*Produce and maintain monthly schedules

ensuring that contractual manning levels are

maintained at all times.

*To carry out team and Training meetings with

shift personnel on a monthly basis.

*Implementation of the client's Security Protocols,

by means of agreed assignment instructions as

well as ensuring Crisis Response readiness.

*Review staff performance on a regular basis

implementing further training or training

initiatives where required.





Key Skills and Candidate Requirements:

*4 years Military or police background

*Min 5 years operational experience

*Must be able to prepare assignment instructions

*Budget management of a site budget circa

BD60K PCM

*Experience of CCTV

*IED and Patrolling and shift scheduling

*Excellent intrapersonal skills dealing with high

level clients

*Crisis management

*Health & Safety qualified

*Clean driving license
