accepting interest from experienced Guard

Supervisors for operations in Iraq. You will be

responsible for:

Training of the Static Guard Workforce including

guard procedures, weapons, searches, patrol

Client liaison to maintain a quality service

Liaison with support staff, concise and accurate

reporting to ensure project deliverables are

achieved

Administration of the Guard workforce including

but not limited to recruitment, training and on-

going performance reviews

Ensure all health and safety is maintained in

accordance with Company and Client policy

The Ideal Candidate will demonstrate the

following:

Previous Military or Police Force experience of ten

years

Recognised Close Protection qualification

Excellent command of English

At least three years' experience gained in Iraq/

Afghanistan in a commercial role

FPOS/MIRA/Combat Medic

Similar experience in a Static Guard Supervisor

role

High level of detail reporting skills
