Security Manager , Malaysia

Job Descriptions:
Responsible for all aspects of physical security, administering, planning and organizing the team of security personnel and accountable for protecting the security and safety of its property, employees and guests.
Responsibilities also includes risk management assessments, ensuring compliance with local law guidelines regarding emergency and security, liaise with local law enforcement to assist investigations of accidents, thefts and property loss.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must be Malaysian
At least 5 years of working experience in Resort security operations and management is required for this position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proactive, team player and attention to details.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly disciplined. Firm and tactful when dealing with people.
Close liaison with relevant authorities including the Police and Bomba.
Ex-Military/Police Officers or experience in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services is an added advantage
