Associates degree or at least 5 years of job-related experience or equivalent. Requires operating application software including word-processing and spreadsheet programs. Position requires the
ability to pass and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Job Description: Oversee the operations Security function to include the development and implementation of policies and programs that ensure Company compliance with all federal, state and local laws, as well as government regulations concerning industrial security; additionally providing oversight and guidance for the security of Company physical and informational assets in accordance with Company requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Develop and administer the APS-5 Security programs and coordinate compliance at all functional areas.
2. Advise senior management and security personnel on the impact of applicable laws and regulations on the Company's operations.
3. Coordinate government interactions and compliance activities within the organization during and after audits initiated by government agencies. Conduct internal audits of security, at all facilities as appropriate.
4. Develop and coordinate training programs in security education; recommend and procure training materials and monitor the effectiveness of related training programs
5. Oversee both facility and personnel security including the maintaining and management of cleared facilities and cleared personnel for the Company.
6. Prepare department budgets and provide input for various company planning processes.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
