Working with a reputed organisation which truly values its employees, in this interesting role you will be responsible for all aspects of security operations within the centre.

Reporting to the Deputy Centre Manager, this role will have a strong service delivery focus. You must possess an ability to inspire and lead large teams to excel in this role.

Your Job Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Manage day-to-day security operations
- Lead and manage a team
- Compliance management
- Stakeholder management
- Oversee , review & improve the security procedures
The successful applicant must be qualified in Security (Cert IV preferred). A minimum of 5-7 years extensive leadership experience in security management in Immigration Services, Corrections, law enforcement or military is required. You will have excellent communication and report writing skills to be successful in this role.

All successful candidates will be required to obtain an Australian Federal Police Clearance
