Security Operations Manager

At Ajilon, we're always on the lookout for the right people. Due to a number of significant project wins in the Oil & Gas sector we are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager.
The Security Operations Management Team maintains and promotes the safety and security of all individuals, equipment and the site, as part of our vision to create Australia's leading Healthcare Environment. We maintain a highly visible presence, engage with individuals, reliably monitor security and parking systems and respond rapidly and professionally to safety, security and emergency incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the team and be responsible for the management and development of the Patrol Officers, providing support and training where required
Manage coverage, ensuring adequate resourcing to operate a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week service
Manager security, emergency and parking related matters after hours
Provide performance feedback to Officers when required
Ensure that all staff operate in a safe and patient focused manner
Ensure that all activities within the hospital are conducted in a safe and secure manner
Provide support and assistance to Operations Manager, where required
Essential Skills:
Demonstrated experience in leading teams and 2+ years experience in a related field
Demonstrated 2+ years experience in an operational role
Manual Drivers Licence C Class
Cert II in Security Operations or willing to work towards within an agreed timeframe Qualifications and Certificates verification
Desirable Skills:
Experience leading teams within an healthcare environment (desirable)
Cert III in Security Operations (desirable)Pre-Employment screening:
