Business Unit:
The Real Estate and Facilities group is a corporate organization that is responsible for the management of all leased and owned property domestically and internationally. The Facilities group provides Strategic and Tactical space planning, Construction Project management, Facilities Engineering, Facilities and Security Operations, and Site Services.   The Real Estate and Facilities group works closely with the other KLA-Tencor and outside organizations to provide consistent and high levels of services.

Responsibilities:
This position has the primary responsibility of providing effective global access control and surveillance solutions.  The candidate must be able to provide tactical support of our current systems while creating a strategic vision for the ideal solutions.  To accomplish this, the candidate must be able to troubleshoot and correct problems; research new technology; develop, maintain and enforce system standards; add or remove components; work with suppliers and provide training.  This position also has the responsibility to provide additional support and backup for security operations, internal investigations, back ground checks, and computer forensics.  As part of the facilities and security team you will be required to perform other related duties to maintain a safe and secure working environment.            

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Computer Science, CIS, MIS or Engineering)
Physical Security Professional (PSP) Certified
A minimum of 4 years’ experience designing, implementing and maintaining access control and surveillance systems
Three to five years, experience in comparative levels of security, law enforcement, risk management or related fields, preferably in a high tech industrial environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 6 years of experience designing, implementing and maintaining access control and surveillance systems.
Three to five years, experience in comparative levels of security, law enforcement, risk management or related fields.
