You will be responsible to effectively manage on a day to day basis the operation and management of the employees assigned to the contracts.

Your duties will include:
- To ensure Security Officers have been trained, have cleared vetting, and have been issued an ID Card prior to employment on site.
- To ensure security officers carry out their duties efficiently and competently, through site induction, practical training, and supervision.
- To supervise probationary employees, and deliver elements of practical training as required.
- To communicate effectively between management and security personnel on Company, operational, training etc issues.
- To ensure security officers are properly equipped with uniform and operational equipment, replacing items as necessary.
- To initiate disciplinary action within the levels permitted in accordance with the Disciplinary Procedure or recommend further action where appropriate.
- To monitor sickness and attendance levels and take necessary action to reduce those levels.

Essential skills Essential Skills:
- SIA licence holder
- Ability to communicate to all levels
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to work alone, using own initiative
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a logical manner manner.
- Previous experience in a security officer role or similar
- Previous experience of working in a corporate environment
- Experience in providing customer service
