- Active member of a group of Cannon Designers to organize and maintain our digital data (room types, families and parameters). Development and maintenance of our digital template database.
- Works with the firm QA/QC, BIM and technical leadership to develop and implement standards and firm-wide “room and asset data management” organization.
- Assists in training other project teams in project database set up, content creation and use of digital database tools.
- Works with the firm QA/QC, BIM and technical leadership to develop and implement standards.
- Leadership position within the team and potentially with other teams to integrate digital delivery methods with the design process.

- Works with PM on schedule, process, protocols, delivery of the project at all phases
- Works with project team to assure key data will be tracked for all deliverables
- Oversees training, project set up, content creation, co-manage all data links with the database

- Collect and manage data information from building modeling and coordinate distribution during design through facilities construction. Work will cross check existing data provided by client with live data from models as well as manipulation of building data.
- Front-line team contact and coordinating ascertaining team needs and creating solutions
- Client interaction for cost estimates, FF&E, and compliance tracking of data provided and generated through the process.
- Highly skilled in Revit 2012 Architecture or later version with some working knowledge of Revit Structural and MEP functions within Revit
- Ability to build and run Revit Shared Parameters, including the building of related files, documentation thereof, and editing of Type-based Revit families
- Complete project delivery understanding to include but not limited to Revit models, multiple model setups, Revit templating (for both Families and RVT files), phasing and scheduling within Revit
- Experienced in Revit Family building and basic principles of Revit Families
- Experience or training in Onuma Planning Systems, CodeBook, dRofus, and/or Trelligence Affinity (multiple software experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of MSAccess, Excel, and SQL (or PostGreSQL)
- Experience with, certification or training in CAFM/CMSS (facilities management/maintenance software) such as Maximo, Archibus, Ecodomus, FM:Systems, or TMA
- Understanding of database languages and principles of database management, education or classes in SQL or equivalent training preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical
- Ability to understand and manage semantic code language principles
- Architecture or construction degree or experience in the AECOO (building construction) industry
- Experience with complex built/building projects over 500,000 sf
- Previous project management experience, certification as CAPM, PPM, or PgPM preferred
- Previous construction document experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to run multiple projects at one time
- Understanding global connectivity of BIM processes and awareness of new technologies
- Advanced experience with database software such as Microsoft Access, SQL, PostGreSQL
- Experience generating formulas in Microsoft Excel
- Additional experience with eSPECS or Navisworks Manage encouraged, certifications preferred in any Autodesk software
- Exposure to online document management software such as Aconex, Bentley Projectwise, Autodesk Vault or Buzzsaw
- Advanced Autodesk 2012 Certification (or later) in Revit, confirmation of capabilities performing tasks as outlined by Autodesk accreditation for certified professional in Revit
- Ability to travel
