Supervisor, Training in Kabul, AFG

General Dynamics Information Technology is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.The person selected for this position will lead and manage a training/development team provide dedicated in-depth training, subject-matter expertise and instruction to assist the Afghan National Army (ANA) Military Intelligence (MI) enterprise in the execution of its mission.
Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel.
1. Supervises employees engaged in the development, testing and delivery of training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.
2. At this level, typically supervises non-exempt Instructors.
3. May conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
4. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
5. Conducts research into new training, educational, and multimedia technologies.
6. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
7. Participates in special projects as required.
Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience.
6-8 years of related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs. A minimum of six years MI Training and Development experience
* Bachelor’s Degree and/or an equivalent mix of education and experience
* Army’s Basic Instructor Course Graduate (or other service equivalent)
* Army’s Systems Approach to Training (SAT) Course Graduate (or other service equivalent)
* Deployment experience in support of OEF
* SME in at least one of the following disciplines: Intelligence Operations and Collection Management, Intelligence Analysis and Reporting, Counter Intelligence/Inside-the-Wire threat
