To cope with the strategic growth of the business, we are now seeking a high caliber candidate to fill the following vacancy.

Responsibilities: -
- Lead the operations team to support sales team to achieve the annual budget of Secure Solutions
- Account manage key customers of Secure Solutions;
- Lead the operations management team to achieve relevant business objectives;
- Develop operational strategies specific to the market sectors for Guarding Services;
- Work with the Manager, Internal Control, to implement necessary internal control measures to hedge the business against health and safety risks and liabilities to customers / third parties;
- Initiate business improvement initiatives to drive improvement in operational efficiency and improvement in service standards;
- Manage the performance of direct reporting managers manage the performance of divisional Operations Managers.

Requirements: -
- Diploma or above.
- 3 years’ management experience at a senior level in fast pace industry is preferable.
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Excellent analytical skills, attentive to details, sensible in problem solving and decision making.
- Excellent communication, leadership and team building skills.
- Can work under high demanding and high job pressure environment.
