Cathay Pacific Services Limited (CPSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. is developing an air-cargo terminal at Hong Kong International Airport. It is expected to become the largest and most highly automated facilities of its kind in the world. We are seeking individuals of high calibre to join us in this challenging project to plan, build and operate this major facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct liaise with Government Officials and AAHK regarding Aviation Security.
Direct liaise with Carrier regarding security standards and requirements
Attend industry forums and meetings.
Direct supervise and chair meeting with contractor’s security head/manger.
Manage the performance of CPSL Security Supervisor.
Attend ICAO, IATA, TSA, EU and CAD regulations and requirements and develop training plans, strategy and enhance operation procedures.
Implement, review and enhance the CPSL TRA Aviation Security Programme.
Implement, review and enhance the CPSL Terminal Security Programme.
To coordinate and develop the operation procedure and services standard for the CPCT.
To design and develop security training for staff.
Requirements:
University Graduate or Form 5 with extensive aviation security experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation security;
Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills;
Able to work independently, be proactive and be a good team player;
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
