Title of Position: Senior Pastor
Summary of Position:
Lakewood Evangelical Free Church, based in the lakes area of central Minnesota, is seeking a visionary leader to fill a senior pastor position for a congregation of 725 with a full range of ministries for all ages. Position supervises three pastors, one program director and several other key staff. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, preaching and teaching, coordination of public worship, staff leadership and community outreach. Position requires a Master of Divinity and five years leadership experience, or equivalent combination.
