Scheduling Assistant -- Senate Member Personal Office

Senator Mark Kirk’s Washington office seeks well organized Scheduling Assistant with superior judgment and interpersonal skills. Applicants must be able to prioritize and follow through on multiple tasks in a high pressure environment. The ideal candidate is able to think on their feet and be a problem solver. Duties would include vetting the initial intake of emailed, faxed, or mailed meeting requests, maintaining scheduling files, assisting Senior Staff with schedules, coordinating staff for the Senator’s meetings, and assisting with room reservations and other various tasks at the direction of the Executive Assistant.
